speak up and speak up!

how does it feel to be able to speak up as you like ? ? ? for the truth i've never felt like that. I always can't express what i want to say or do when in front of many people and to whom i "...." maybe it has already on my gen or maybe i who make it so difficult. yeah now i understand that i must able speak up if i don't want to screw up my life, so from now on i want to make a big step to be able speak up in front of anybody. Wish me luck :))) !
